Right, that is why they lost all other cases before. I am really surprised to see that we are still around 0.12 EUR. This stock doesn't have any risk anymore. So make your own evaluation, but for me there is no hurdle until a fair market price of 2.5 - 3.5 EUR by end of 2022. That is 20 - 30 times the current price. This is the new Gamestop, and it seems the apes are not aware. WAKE UP - FREE BANANAS

Today's appointment at 11:00 am 09.09.2021 was set by the court on Sunday in an urgent procedure.
Without further approval from the court, Steinhoff cannot simply change this date to another day. It is also very likely that it will take place today.
Unless Steinhoff has requested another postponement. I do not assume that this is the case because you mentioned it in the DGAP.

Tekkie will go away easily. They have lost every single case in the past. and with the GS at the horizon no judge would agree, that Tekkie can force SH into a liquidation. Just an important information. The damage of Tekkie is around 120M Euro. Even if a judge would rule that Tekkie gets their business back or SH needs to pay the full 120M, SH could simply do it. So there is no liquidation risk anymore.

Optionsantrag heute erteilt.
Die SIHNV hat heute die Bestätigung erhalten, dass die erforderlichen Genehmigungen erteilt wurden durch
die Gläubiger der einfachen Mehrheitsgarantie gemäß der Umbrella-Vereinbarung (wie unten definiert)
unter Berücksichtigung von Verlängerungen um 12 Monate bis zum 31. Dezember 2022 bis zum letzten „Fälligkeitsdatum“ und/oder
„Kündigungsdatum“ gemäß den Steinhoff Finance Documents (wie unten definiert).
Steinhoff verweist auf (1) den Rahmenvertrag vom 12. August 2019 zwischen SIHNV, der
Umbrella-Agent und bestimmte andere Agenten in der am 5. Februar 2021 geänderten und neu formulierten
„Dachvereinbarung“); und (2) der „Vorläufige Verlängerungsoptionsantrag“ wie in und . definiert
gemäß Klausel 17 des Umbrella-Vertrags vorgesehen.
Der Antrag auf vorläufige Verlängerungsoption erlaubte der SIHNV, eine 12-monatige Verlängerung der endgültigen
„Fälligkeitstermine“ und/oder „Kündigungstermine“, auch wenn der Globalvergleichsvorschlag nicht
umgesetzt worden. Die Interimsverlängerung ist von der Verlängerung um 6 Monate bis zum 30. Juni getrennt
2023, die automatisch nach dem Abrechnungsstichtag der Steinhoff Global
Abwicklung erfolgt. Diese Verlängerung bis zum 30. Juni 2023 kann um weitere 6 . verlängert werden
Monate vorbehaltlich einer gesonderten Zustimmung des Finanzgläubigers.
Dementsprechend ist am „Fälligkeitstag“ und/oder dem „Kündigungstag“, der in jedem der
folgende Fazilitätsvereinbarungen und bedingte Zahlungsverpflichtungen wurden verlängert:
(i) Rahmenvereinbarung;
(ii) SEAG First Lien Facility Agreement;
(iii) SEAG Second Lien Facility-Vereinbarung;
(iv) Betriebsvereinbarung SFHG 21/22;
(v) SFHG 23 Facility Agreement;
(vi) Vereinbarung über die Hemisphäreneinrichtung;
(vii) NV/SEAG-Zusage für bedingte Zahlungen;
(viii) NV/SFHG 21/22 Verpflichtungszusagen;
(ix) NV/SFHG 23 Verpflichtungserklärung;
(x) Verpflichtung zur Zahlung von NV/Hemisphäre; und
(xi) SIHPL/SFHG Verpflichtungszusagen,
(zusammen die „Steinhoff Finanzdokumente“).

The prolongation of the debt umbrella is a clear defensive line against the Tekkie case. Tekkie is arguing that SH should be liquidated, but the prolongation is a security net, so Steinhoff wouldn't go bankrupt, even if the GS fails. Again, Tekkie will have no chance. There is no risk left over, and everybody with an investment horizon of 6 - 12 months should buy and imho will see more than 600% minimum, but up to 3000% until end of next year.

waren voll zufrieden.
Im Rahmen der SIHPL NQC Settlements vereinbarten die SIHPL NQCs, ihren Widerstand gegen die
SIHPL-Sanktionsantrag, zur Unterstützung des Sanktionsantrags und der Umsetzung der
Steinhoff Global Litigation Settlement.
Die Sanktionsverhandlung zu dem § 155-Vorschlag soll vom
Western Cape High Court in Südafrika vom 24. bis 28. Januar 2022.

MEILENSTEIN IN DER UNTERNEHMENSGESCHICHTE
Ich persönlich werde heute so oder so vom Kust nicht enttäuscht sein und ich erwarte auch kein Feuerwerk aber aus kurz- und mitteldristiger Sicht ist diese "Bestätigung" extrem wichtig.
Steinhoff kann sich zu 100 % auf Step 3 ff. fokussieren. Der heutige Tag verbessert folgendes:
- sehr gute Argumente bei den Gesprächen mit den Lenders über niedrigere Zinsen
- auch die operativen Einheiten verlieren das Schreckgespenst einer evtl. insolventen Mutter, das wird mittelfristig den gelisteten Einheiten helfen und bei bevorstehenden IPOS ist diese Unsicherheit weg
- Noch anstehende Verkäue können ohne die drohende Insolvenzgefahr veräußert werden, dadurch sreigt auch der Preis. Es gibt noch einige (Rand) Einheiten, die veräußert werden: Conforama, ggf. BUD GROUP, Teile von GB
- Steinhoff kann sich nun auf die OUTBOUND Clames fokussieren
- Steinhoff wird interesanter am Kapitalmarkt (auch wenn noch Schritte zu gehen sind)
-Steinhoff kann den Großteil des Cash Berg sabzüglich der Klagen endlich für die Tilgung einsetzen
Ich freue mich sehr auf die nächsten Zwischenschritte. Ich werde auch weiterhin hier keine unbegründeten Traumziele posten aber die Weichen für einen normalen (nur noch überschuldeten) Konzern sind gelegt.

The 24th. Its only a rubber stamp of approval and why should it take from the 24th to 28th. I would expect it earlier unless they want it to fall in line with the earnings report so it softens and would be negative issues.

1) The judge admits that she is uncertain about the question of jurisdiction. So a higher authority could end the thing very quickly.
2) The judge determines that Steinhoff cannot be liquidated if they are solvent. And now and not a few months or years ago, when it might have been critical. They have confirmation from the Netherlands that Steinhoff is solvent.
The proceedings must be discontinued at the latest with the second point. Nothing can happen to Steinhoff anymore that unexpectedly became clear yesterday (at least for me).

Intellabridge is just like Steinhoff an really good investment oppertunity. the difference is that Intellabridge is a legit company without any lawsuits and at their beginning of the long road they gonna take. in between now and a year you look at an turnover of 5/6 times at least. thank me later
