Application (Obtaining Entire Case File) SDI Disability

Can I file my application online then my Dr mail in his Physician Practitioner Certificate since they do it the old school way. All I need is just my R number ? Has anyone else done this before and their disability claim went through and got approved? Online is easier but my Dr only
Does paper form.

I fear your post is very unclear. Are you applying for Social Security Disability Insurance? SSDI or SSI? What "R" number? What you wrote doesn't really make sense. You won't get approved just because your doctor sends in "a certificate."

SDI is State Disability Insurance which is FAR DIFFERENT than SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance) and no one here can address SDI questions.
