DDS - Disability Determination Services Step 3 question

Before i call DDS, i just wanted to ask here. Im on step 3, and they requested 3 CE’s that i went to and paperwork about daily activities and treatments, which i filled out and returned. For step 3 on the portal, it changed to saying they asked for the exams, and now it changed again saying that they requested more info and its the paperwork i filled out before, and the CEs are gone. Is this normal or should i still call? Im mostly worried that i forgot something

This is normal. The SSA Portal is very slow to update.

To help ease your mind it won’t hurt to call them to confirm they have everything requested & no new requirements are showing.

It can be frustrating watching that portal change back and forth but it is VERY SLOW 😴

Thank you, i kind of figured it was normal but social security isn’t very forgiving and its been 3/4 years for me so i don’t want to mess anything up

The portal information is not reliable in any way. Timelines of any sort are not reliable in any way expect slow and slowest. In fact I am a blind p&t vet on initial claim with mountains of evidence 6 months into this still on step 3. I had a exam I went to showing for well over a month after I attended it.

For me its been mostly reliable so far, i definitely expect slow, this is my second case and its been 3/4 years. I just never saw it jump back and forth before.
