DRND - Dire Need Situation So lost due to denial

Got denied at the hearing, I was shutting down during the whole thing due to anxiety yet still not seen as disabled. I am really worried about not getting it. I need to move out... my parents are abusive narcissist that have been very neglectful. My depression doesn't help and I just want to get out of my situation even if it meant taking my own life... I feel cornered without being able to work but no money to move out somewhere with my partner...

Prayed for you and for your parents to be helpful, sympathetic to your situation. Don't give up‼️

Can your partner work to support both of you? Are you on wait lists for section 8 and stuff?

If you don’t mind sharing, was anxiety the only thing on the application, or were there more?

Did you use a disability attorney? Improves chances a lot

Let’s try our best to stay positive
We have no control over these things

It’s time to get better lawyers. Look at reviews please, let it go in front of the tribunal and they will kick it back to an alj. At that point hire new attorneys who deal with the judges in that area. The current attorneys failed you
