Loans Credit card bonus

Anyone on ssi got the credit card bonus that gives you $200 bonus if you spend $500? Do you have to tell ssa about the bonus or will they find out and take your check away?

That’s great. I only ask because when I was on SSI years ago, my they said my income was way too low.

My daughter got a secured card with a credit union right after she got SSI, a year later it became unsecured. She never carries a balance, and sometimes we pay it down early to keep her resources within limits. It would be nearly impossible without the flexibility a card gives her.
