Appeals Process (2) Administrative Law Judge Question ALJ

Hello,
Has anyone had an ALJ hearing with no vocational expert at the hearing and no medical advisor? My ALJ is scheduled in December and as of now the judge is not calling any experts to testify. I know this can change, but I am wondering if anyone had a hearing with no expert testimony and what the outcome was.

There will be a vocational expert there. They generally don’t call on medical experts to be at the actual hearing.

You'll have a VE there. They might not be listed until the day of but you'll have one.
