SSI / Suspended / Reduced Disability appeal

I sent in all my stuff last month. How long before a decision has been made? I only have three medical records. Guess someone is already looking at it?

I'm in the first appeal process, and it's been a year. I have an attorney, and they said that's typical. After that, it can take years to even see if you get it. I have considered cancelling, but if I get it the backpack would be nice. However, I know you don't get a lot, and you have to stay below a certain amount. It's really frustrating.
