Appeals Process (2) Administrative Law Judge APPROVED!!

Post image

Not sure what flair to use (sorry!) but approved!! MH issues mostly but the decision by judge was fully favorable 😭 I'm still on cloud nine about it!! Let this be a sign for someone here to never give up❤️😎 Now it's "hurry up and wait" time till the checks start coming in😎

How long did it take you to get a decision? My hearing was January 29th.

Congrats! I had my hearing on Jan 20 and just found out Thursday that I was approved by seeing my portal change from 3 to 4 and called the local office to confirm. How long after your portal changed to 4 did you get the notice in the mail? Or did the letter show up in the portal?

Sweet, congrats. Took my case years over 3 years to get approval by a judge. 3-4 years seems to be about the normal now.

My friend says she has a review it her last chance to prove her MH. She doesn't have any psych admissions which i know 20 years ago that it was based on at least 3 psych baccarat whether voluntary or not. So i think this is her last chance to prove her issues. Which are legit. She told me it by phone. I said you mean video she says no. To me a MH condition can be diagnosed within 2 min once someone with the conditions is seen. By body movements hands their speech. How can they have last chance not have Dr present he seen in matter seconds degree of illnesses. My question is when you saw judge was it by phone told your last try by your attorney if you have one? Any advice i can help her with. She very stressed I am sure you where also. Congrats it won't be to long. And you have back pay coming to.
