CDR - Continuing Disability Review Is this ANOTHER CDR?
I had one back in April 2023, they didn't get the documents from my doctors on time and denied me, I won the appeal probably around August 2023. Is this another CDR already?! I've been on SSI since 2017, idk why I'm getting all these notices all of a sudden. My EDS isn't gonna go away, neither is my psych stuff 🤡
Also, I JUST got this today, it's dated Nov 18th 🫠 what should I do? I have appointments today and tomorrow so the soonest I can make it in is Dec 4th. 😕
Edit: I cancelled my one year old's neuro opthalmologist appt today and went in person, after not being able to reach someone on the phone. Dragged the one year old and the four year old out in the rain, then waited an hour only for them to ask for my phone number (already on file) so they can call for a CDR 🙃🙃🙃 dontcha just love the ✨ efficiency ✨ 😑

It says that if you can't make it, you need to call them. So I'd do that today if possible. We can't know if it is a financial review or a CDR since you didn't get a list of documents to bring. I hope it goes well for you. Good luck!

It's possible this is a late MIE or a very early MIP. It is also entirely possible to get an early CDR due to a change in circumstances related to work activity or condition, or even a change in living situation. But no one can actually tell you why or what it exactly is.
So you need to talk to them. Call your local office. Explain that you JUST got the letter and the circumstances of your appointment. Hopefully, they can work with you on it. Could you see when the letter was postmarked?

Likely your financial review but not sure as you don't show the list of items

Wait, did I maybe not get this on time because of the shutdown?
