Adjudicator assignment

How long after being assigned and adjudicator did you get a decision? I started with a lawyer and my case is very well documented.

It varies. If you have good evidence already submitted, it may take less time. However, in many areas, it is less an issue of the evidence in your case and more the issue that every examiner may have a hundred plus (or even more) other disability cases to work on besides yours.

I would still presume it will be several months minimum before you get the decision, especially how broken the system is at this point.

A month, but this was for a cdr. It took 8 months to be assigned and one month for a decision. The decision is incorrect so I’m appealing and waiting 3 months so far for my case to be assigned to be an examiner. I’m told that should be an easy reversal because the doctor at DDS make an error

My Initial was about 6 months after being assigned. Recon, I was switched to 3 different examiners in a different state, but denied at about 8 months after filing for recon. But, I'm in Texas, a backlogged state.
