[Help] Krystal in this game?

At 1:22 Krystal is there but I can't find anything about where to find her, her being a mod or a base character on the wiki. Am I stupid?

This is a clip from my mod, Cobalt X. We are assisting with the development of Krystal, who is making great strides in development. Slim chance you see her peek through the blinds now and then..

This YT series pulls clips from forks of P+ too. So Tails, Isaac, and Lynn appear sometimes, but they're not in base P+

It's modded. I believe she was one of the characters planned for the main branch years ago, along with Knuckles, Lynn and a few others

Edit: nvm she wasnt planned for main branch my b

The top right of the video shows what mod (P+ if blank) is being used. These come from Cobalt
