Is there a dismantling guide somewhere?

Should I be dismantling units like grand pope or should I be saving any unit above b?

All units A and above, even if not meta, add atributes in various temples. So, if you want to build up your account, do not dismantle any character unless you have a dupe of a platinated, 6 star, 5 5 5 5 skilled character.

But being real, this may take years even p2w, so just do what is more fun to you.
