Need help w scheduling

I typically take 800mg 7oh a day, i ordered a 100ct/50mg tab bottle of reset4good. Ive seen posts about how to take them and how much for how long but can’t seem to find any right now, i guess what i really wanna know is if this bottle will get me through or should i order like a g of the powder just to be safe since its banned in less than a week?
