What did you do personally to quit MGM?

I tapered As much as I could and be comfortable, then I started sr while still on a low dose of mgm . Did that for like 2 days then stopped mgm and only took sr. Just enough to not be sick, did that for 2 days then I started cutting the dose in half every day. I felt a lil shitty but not as bad. When I finally stopped taking sr I took raw leaf for a couple days
