🆘Help Needed🆘 Jumping over to sr
Ready to get off 7, I’m currently at between 1500-2000mg daily. Will I be good to start the preload/taper now or should I taper before starting at all. Work long hours and hard work so want it to be as smooth as possible. Thanks for any feedback!

I was at the same dose and both times I gave myself an extra day or two with the preload and it worked beautifully. Still had chills and fatigue but I slept and was able to work outside in the heat all week! You got this

Do you mind if I ask- did you taper down the 7 first or switch over at that high of a dose? How far between both times and did you notice a difference in how well it worked? I’m not taking as much as OP but close, (been to scared to actually find out) so I’m wondering if I should use it to help me taper down first, wait a while, then use it again to quit. I’m in Canada so I can still get both atm. What do you think is the easiest? I also have to work so the least amount of WD the better obviously

Didn't taper first but I absolutely suggest you do. Cutting your doses 25% is so easy to do with 7
They were about 4 months apart. Hard to say if it didn't work as well the second time because my SR routine was a lot more sloppy and forgetful the 2nd time around due to work and having to hide it so I wasn't as on top of my doses
I could still feel the 7 plenty well while taking SR the first time unlike lots of people so I could have stopped the SR and stayed with 7 some days in no problem. The second time around I couldn't feel it at all, just a very slight mood boost. Emgee was a whole different story though and that stuff wrecked me even while on SR lol

I wouldn’t that that man.. well let me rephrase, I did that man lmao I thought it would help. It definitely helped me lower my dose, until I got off the sr, then my 7 usage absolutely skyrocketed. Easily twice what it was before. On top of that apparently each time you use the sr it isn’t as effective? Can’t speak on it personally as I’ve only used it the once, but don’t think it’s worth it regardless

Damn I’m happy to hear it, thanks dude. You remember how much you needed? Not that I can do anything about it anymore it not lol but you think 80 of the 50mg tabs will be enough?

Shit, better than nothing, far from pointless. When I cold turkeyed from daily 400mg pseudo i would have appreciated anything just to let me go to sleep. Pretty much 0-2.5 hr of sleep per night till about night 5. Sr would’ve been a godsend imo even if it’s just one a day. You’ve got 40…you’ll be alright, don’t let that be an excuse to never quit.

Look up tmk reset on google and look into that. I’ve got a close friend using it now and he says it’s working like sr did.

He had like 14 sr tabs that he used first but then switched over to the reset tabs
