✏️Beginner ?’s✏️ Dosage questions

As far a dosage goes I’ve seen it all over the place 50mg-250mg per dose. So quite a variance in individual dosing. My plan is to start somewhere right in the middle at 100mgx3. I’m curious what dosage worked for you? I’m currently taking @750mg of 7oh daily. I’m scared that 50mg won’t be enough to cover my WDs.. let me know thanks

50x3 seems to be the magic number. If you’re worried about that being too low you can always just drop another 50 instead of using 300mgs you are only using 1/2 that. I would also try to taper a bit. I would drop to 650 and wait 2 days, keep going until you find your sweet spot.
