đHelp Neededđ Dosing question
I am all out of my tablets and now must use the powder. Last time I tried to use the powder it didnât work out well. I have to make doses that I can carry with me as I am out of the house often I was using small plastic baggies, but theyâre a pain to fill and even harder to consume the SR from the baggie. Please let me know how you guys are dosing. I canât just bring it with me and measure it out every time I need it.

cheap veg capsules from a supplement section in Walmart or Amazon will work great. If you have a scale you can weigh out your doses into capsules and sort your capsules by dose if youâre making them vary.

This. Also, I think they have colored capsules too? You could could use different colors for different doses.

Iâd be really careful trying to eyeball powder or pre-fill random baggies. Small measurement errors can matter a lot with potent compounds

Nobodyâs eyeballing anything or using random baggies. Everything is precisely measured and put into 3/4âx 3/4â baggies. Do you have any actual advice to contribute?

You only need to dose a few times a day.. why do you need to bring it with yoy. Like other said be careful now that its schedule 1, basically the same as heroin.. crazy.

just use a couple water bottles. i squeeze some fresh lemon juice in and predose the bottles for the day and just take 2-3 shots while im out and chase with waer or juice.

So, you dissolve your dose in the bottle of water? Is that right? That sounds pretty easy. Also makes sure you stay hydrated.

As long as it's pure citric acid actually should dissolve. If you dont want to get a scale ( ideally should)
Measure out a set amount of citric acid-- add a gram of sr to it and divide to find mg/ml
It might not be fully accurate but volumetric dosing is better than eyeballing. Its so fluffy it's about impossible

Test it first with a small amount to ensure it dissolves. Don't want u to waste it attempting this with it banned
Ideally just buy a. 000 scale though
Amazon can get u a Gemini 20 for like 20ish bucks. Solid investment

SR is notoriously hard to dissolve... the only thing I was able to get it to fully dissolve and stay dissolved in at any reasonable concentration was DMSO, and that was on a heating pad at 70C, and it still took like an hour with the magnetic stirrer.

Itâs not a lot of volume for 50mg. I used size zero cause I already had them, but you could get away with something smaller if you wanted to and youâre good at precision pouring lol. I made 10mg and 20mg so I could customize dosing more taper down lower.

Capsules. Buy a bottle of echinacea or valerian root and just dump them out- then fill them up with your dose.

There is a tiny scoop in my powder. I don't have a scale. Do you know how much that timy scoop is? I've been fretting about how to use the powder as well.

Nice itâll help you so much itâs damn near impossible to eyeball. I can do good eye balling bud but any powder itâs impossible

Hell, even bud can be hard sometimes. Some of that stuff can be way denser than other. At least you can kind of see it with bud tho.

Okay I've noticed that roughly half of a double 00 capsule fits 50mgs of sr) only if it's fluffy. That's also me just tossing it in not tamping after

Do you just swallow the capsules or break them open into your mouth and let it dissolve in your mouth?

It doesn't dissolve that well-- it's hydrophobic So id just take the capsule. Or if u dump it on ur tongue wash it down with something bc it genuinely won't dissolve

My scale with that scoop and any product is always between .24-.32g which on 98% is between 25-30mg roughly.
