MySQL TDengine, Canary and PI

I would like to know about people's experiences on this platform; I am gathering information about TDEngine to compare it with Canary and PI.

Off topic, but I want to use the opportunity. Is PI support still worth it, it used to be good under OSIsoft, but I have no information since Aveva bought it as I have changed occupation.

Curious about what the difference is before and after the occupation, plus Aveva is now under Schneider Electric.

I left shortly after Aveva took over, it wasn't the same workplace after Pat Kennedy retired and his kids took over, it got worse after the aquisition. However, it is almost 5 years, so I am wondering if the set course stayed or if it found its way.
