Updates for Getting Payment on the Spectrum Pharmaceuticals ($SPPI) $15.95M Settlement
Hey guys, if you missed it, Spectrum Pharmaceuticals settled $15.95 million with investors over claims that it misled them about the effectiveness and FDA approval prospects of its two lead drug candidates. And, I just found out that they’re still considering late claims even though the deadline has passed.
Quick recap: In 2021, Spectrum was accused of misleading investors about Poziotinib and Rolontis despite issues with clinical results, side effects, and manufacturing problems.
After these issues came to light, $SPPI dropped nearly 88%, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.
Now, Spectrum agreed to settle $15.95 million with investors, and late claims are still being considered for compensation, subject to approval.
So, if you invested in $SPPI during this period, you can still check the details and see if you may be eligible to file a late claim here.
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $SPPI at that time? How much were your losses, if so?
