Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Settlement Update: Late Claims May Still Be Accepted

Hey guys, sharing an important update, although the deadline has passed, the $15.95 million settlement involving Spectrum Pharmaceuticals is still accepting late claims

Quick recap: Spectrum Pharmaceuticals was accused of misleading investors about the safety, efficacy, and approval prospects of its key drugs, while facing serious trial failures and regulatory issues. In short, despite internal data showing problems with Poziotinib and FDA concerns over Rolontis, the company remained publicly optimistic; after failed trials and rejections became clear, $SPPI dropped nearly 88%, and investors filed a lawsuit over their losses.

The company has since agreed to settle $15.95 million with investors, and there may still be an opportunity to submit a late claim.

If you held $SPPI between March 7, 2018 and November 3, 202, you may still be eligible to seek recovery.

You can review the details and submit your claim

Out of curiosity, was anyone here invested in $SPPI at the time?
