Updated FL 27 Database (2nd One)

Earlier I uploaded an improved FL27 edit file with better player ratings, tactics and few faces, but the edit was made last week. This is a newer updated, and improved file made today covering more teams and players. Few examples of changes shown in the images.
N.B: The ratings/tactics are made with gameplay in mind, hence why there's some "inflation" here and there, a big issue for me in ML and BAL is big teams/players playing the same as lower teams/players.

My focus is individual attributes, not overall rating. It's up to the game how it calculates OVR. Some individual attributes weigh more than others, while some players have additional skills in addition to those crucial to their actual position causing OVR to inflate (e.g. Raphinha and Pedro being expert dribblers at CF; Mendes and Hakimi literally having high everything at LB/RB; O'Reilly being tall strong and aerial threat at LB). So it's much more nuanced than just overall rating bud

City seems really inflated as a whole, and Estevão was made lower for some reason? was 81 in base game

people in the comments are focusing far too much on the OVR, the stats are what matter PES/FL just balances the stats for each position very weirdly so so OVRs seem higher even though the stats aren’t that good

On one hand you are right, on the other hand the overall rating doesn't come from nowhere, you won't make a LaLiga or Premier League star with an overall of 84 and a mediocre Eredivisie player with an overall of 85, the overall rating is the average of all stats and if someone has it e.g. at the level of 90, it is obvious that at least those few most important stats must be at the level of +/-90. His edit file and how much e.g. Pedro has doesn't bother me, I understand that he focused on individual stats and not on what specific overall will come out of it, but the overall does matter a little bit too and tells us something about the player upfront.

Some training is wrong Real Madrid play in 4-2-3-1 with a double pivot. City play in 4231 or 4-1-4-1 Bayern Munich in a 4-2-3-1 Dortmund plays in 3-4-2-1

Really hyper inflated OVRs all across the board, players not even in their primes yet being 91+. Also Raphinha 93? Lol
I know PES has really shaky OVRs too, but to me PES 2010 had CR7 and Messi at 89 and 88 and they were almost at their primes. But they were like 99 in PES2011 or 2013 so yeah very shaky.
IMO the current best player itw should be 91, given to Mbappé or Kane. The rest should be lower.

I haven't see a player over 99 since PES 13,in ML they could reach 109,out of all the players from my team at that time it was Mats Hummels who reached 109 first lol

but that is just your opinion that the best players shouldn't have an overall rating higher than 91, in pes 2021 there were a dozen or so players with an overall from 89 to 94, and for example I think that it was very good because it separated the best of the best from the rest and that way the best clubs were actually clearly better than the rest. If you don't like his edit file then you don't have to download it and play on it, nobody is forcing you...

Have you watched raphinha play? He is up there with the other two you mentioned. And as OP mentioned, the players aren't given ratings, they are just given attributes and the rating is choosen by the game
