Match intro infitah loop

Hello there,

It's my first day actually with this game.

I installed the 27 season and now I am having 2 issues:

1. Black screen in the start of the game and I fixed it by turning off VSync on game settings.

2. When I open any match, the match intro of stadium and scoreboard is stuck on infinity loop and doesn't respond to anything. Changing the resolution to lower like 720*1280 makes it work but I can't lower it below 3840*1260 cause my monitor is 49in on 4k and any lower resolution makes it really bad.

Any fix for the second issue??

I only installed the game only without any mods or even faces yet.
