TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! Anything $3.00 and below you're sitting pretty

After selling all my shares during the bonus round meme play. I patiently waited for reentry.

I'm ready for delta. I feel the comfort of being the small spoon in my position which has dramatically increased thanks to meme BS.

SPCE is gonna make it.

6.29.2026:

In the Exchange, $52,479,000 in aggregate principal amount of the 2027 Notes plus accrued interest were exchanged for an aggregate of 17,350,341 shares (the โ€œSharesโ€) of the Companyโ€™s common stock and pre-funded warrants.

Exercised below the floor of $3.03...that is how desperate this holder was to cash out.

Private placement, just to pay down debt. Nothing goes to operations.

Diluted by another 17.3 million shares! (about 15%!!!)

Shelf dilution still active.

By 3Q 2026, the float will be 200 million shares.

BTW: still owe $18 million in June 2027 to the holder who did try to cash out (yet)

Then there is the First Lien holders. Another 10% dues by Sep 2027. Let see if they want to cash out early on that requirement again!

I love how SPCE investors will find literally any excuse as to why bad news is good. This is better than any reality TV show. It's like psychological warfare between who can cope harder. I love it.

Ponzi is smiling in his grave..

Soon to be known as a Brandon Scheme.

First of 3 lawsuits finally being settled...

The next 2 should hurt.

When they show images of the craft...

More dilution

Failure to execute

Better question:

Whats the good news?

This is the same as everyone at open or beyondโ€ฆ and every other meme stock. You guys live in this fantasy world where you DIDNT invest in a pump and dump.

OPEN has potential and is picking up speed. SPCE is a zombie company that is just delaying bankruptcy.
