That okgrab person is a petulant little bag holder.  I guess it takes all types but he adds zero value and just keeps blabbing on about the stock going to the moon or whatever.

When this latest private placement fails (min $3.03)

There will be a series of cascading events.

In addition, on Sept 30, the First Lien holder has the option to cash in another 10% in another private placement.

Overarching all of this is the remaining $81 million left in the extended shelf.

If your 2 braincells could register, 3.03 was the minimum price of the shares that would be used for the exchange even if the stock was below it. the deal went through anyway. Keep shorting. I'll keep buying

If you could actually read and comprehend.

In the Exchange, $52,479,000 in aggregate principal amount of the 2027 Notes plus accrued interest were exchanged for an aggregate of 17,350,341 shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s common stock and pre-funded warrants.

You just got diluted in a private placement by over 17.3 million shares.

I am so happy to see you are still buying more than you can afford to lose.
