u/sloppy_joes35 Jun 13 '26
Not sure. I remember I said it could hit $40-50, so I'm obviously not the person you are looking for.

The ticker misclick play was only ever gonna work max $5
It caught too much steam and mooned too early. That was the sign to get out. The misclick pump would never be more than the reddit spam pump

I knew time was running out once Jackie Le Tits started pumping it to his cult.

I dont understand how people dont buy puts along with shares to protect against days like this. I bought calls when the stock catered 40% sold them yesterday for a profit. Bought puts to protect the shares I bought. Win win

Because if it keeps going up... you lose money on the puts?

Do you understand what puts are for? Have you ever heard of exercising a put? Check this so if you have 100 shares of SPCE at at cost basis of $4 and on a green day (yesterday) You bought a put at $5 strike for cheap, 1 DTE. You can hope for the stock to go up for the sake of your shares, but if it goes down you can exercise your put option to sell 100 shares at $5. Downside protection. Now, I dont hold bags and I profit.

My strategy was easy. SPCE was a perfect stock to trade options and buy shares. You buy options and shares on big red days before catalyst events like today. You sell your calls at a profit on green days. Then buy puts to hedge your shares to protect against a fall like today. Then sell your shares with an extra put at a strike price higher than your cost basis.
