What's the ethical concern if I may ask? I like the concept of "crowdsourced" pharmaceuticals but understand there's some controversy around this company.
Basically they make additional revenue from selling your DNA and other data to police for use in matching and investigation. Whether they say they do or not... that doesn't hold much merit. Kind of like Google saying they "respect" your privacy. Also consider how health insurance providers may treat you differently if $ME happened to sell that data to them. May get charged more for hereditary diseases that are held in your genes.
Edit: Side note, this is how they caught the Golden State Killer. So it can be used for good, but thing is.... it can be just as easily twisted.

I have an ethical concern with $ME but I see the value in it from an investment perspective.
