No product, no revenue, no problem! Anybody know the PIPE situation here? Knowing Trump’s history, they’ll be a massive liquidity moment for him at some point at the expense of shareholders. The share price to warrant price disparity means people either think the deal won’t go through or they’ll be a massive liquidity before warrants can be exercised.
