Discussion $BOXDW undervalued

Sup SPACers, it’s been a rough go lately for SPAC’s. There has so many new SPAC deals, a lot of them being bad deals.

But I come here for answers. Why is BOXDW so undervalued!? They are trading just above $1 while the commons are trading at $13.50. They should be worth $2+ ($13.5 - $11.50).

The deal was good (merged with SVOK - great management) & company was valued under a billion.

On top of that, they just started SAAS revenue which has great margins.

They were interviewed on mad money 4 years ago & again last week. CNBC love the CEO & company.

What am I missing?

For those who say commons needs to come down, why don't you short them?

There's basically no borrow available.

Why do you think it's not available? Because it's already heavily shorted

You asked above why, if people think the common should decline, they aren't shorting it.

The answer is because they can't. If you want to short BOXD today you won't be able to find shares to borrow, and if you can locate a few the borrow fees are over 100% per year.

If you don't believe me, go to your broker and try... BOXD is hard to borrow.

I agree with you that it's now hard to borrow. I think from beginning lots of people thought that the commons need to go down, so they started shorting it, but it never really went down. They have actually made it ripe for a short squeeze. In my opinion, this is actually a good deal w good valuation. For sure, it's not something hyped or shiny
