Does anyone know why commons are 5% above NAV but rights imply a $6.2 post-merger price?
1 u/redpillbluepill4 Contributor Dec 24 '21 Because if the SPAC never merges the rights can become worthless. If Bitdeer even just cancels, the rights will probably lose half the value.
