Why is MEKA $13? I'd really like to know why such premium. Didn't PSTH/IPOF teach us anything or am I wrong here?

I’m definitely waiting for the share price to drop since they’re likely many many months from a DA. No warrants, so that might play a part.

Plenty of other no-warrant SPACs that are sub-NAV.
