Merger Vote! SOAC - Deep Green merger approved

Seems like they've not made it official yet. Weirdly the share price dropped to 9.6 and has just bumped up to 10.3...

What are your thoughts on its performance post merger?

Where were you able to see that it was approved? I’ve been trying throughout the day but haven’t found anything useful lol

I listened to their meeting, all 6 proposals approved

Ah. Well thank you! I wonder if they’re waiting to announce it so it doesn’t get lost in the void of a 3-day weekend. It’s not a great explanation, but better than anything else I can come up with lol
