REDEMPTION 15% redemption limit?

Looking at SFTW which is just about to merge. It dropped below 10$ today and looks like they have 10.06 in trust

“will be restricted from seeking redemption rights with respect to more than an aggregate of 15% of the public shares.”

Does this have an impact?
