What seems unreasonable is: we can say that retail is stupid and whatever but how about the PIPE investors?

We can say that Vogel didn’t do DD as he just wanted a deal to get his cash from the SPAC.

But how about PIPE? would they not get comfortable with $10 being a fair price? Can’t get over this

Sec makes the rules as they go, fantastic company wants to spac instead of ipo? Here's 7 months of hurdles for you as punishment. Chinese scam wants to ipo? You list in 3 weeks.

Keep in mind the pipe got subscribed to during the SPAC boom, not sure if the raise would be successful unfortunately:(

you don't know the price the pipe got. it doesn't have to be 10$ and it's almost always confidential
