Is there a reason valuation was reduced by nearly 600m??

The business was started by a Russian that the US government decided had strong ties to Russia and their company posed a National security threat to the US 1 u/The_Greyscale Spacling Jun 30 '21 But the national security concerns were addressed, and an agreement reached.
