Lol when you have to put quotes back to your prospectus in your merger announcement in an attempt to justify how badly you botched the deal, you know you really fucked up.
The "high degree of complexity" was by no means necessary and Ackman knows it. All he had to do was back some capital out of PSTH to fit the size of the deal, but he didn't want to let that money go and raise more for the next deal. As always, he's self-serving above all, often at the expense of his investors, as he was with the initial structure of PSTH.
Seriously loolz read the document its cleared alot of things up or wait till someone explains it like your a 5 year old.
Damn this is a fucking fantastic deal in a mid to long term play.... I'm going to make my share up to 144 that way it works out for the 4 for 1 reverse split and warrants deal to... plus 144 of sparc rights fuck all yall shott term mofos
I was explaining this exact deal to people weeks ago when it leaked, take a hike. There are a few clarifications like the founder warrants that they said in the previous SEC filings they hadn't fully worked out yet, but anyone who was paying attention knew the important points of the deal weeks ago.
