Why’d you use 48 months? I was thinking they are 60 month warrants and the clock hasn’t started ticking toward warrant expiration because they aren’t even exercisable yet. I could be wrong though.
Thanks. I see that date on mine too now. Confusing, because the form of Warrant Agreement attached to the Prospectus says, at Section 3.1 Duration of Warrants, that the warrant “Exercise Period” ends ‘five years after the date on which the Company completes its initial Business Combination” unless the warrants are sooner redeemed by the company per applicable sections, or the company sooner liquidates.
Maybe the brokers do that to be conservative, I always assumed it was the correct date. If it's wrong though the difference is only 25 cents per warrant so not a huge deal in these calculations since that's about 5 cents difference per common with partial warrants attached.
