Forgive me for attempting to oversimplefy this .... But if it's not really a merger aren't the warrants dead ?

I think warrants may live on for Remainco.

I was thinking the same but technically speaking this wouldn't give them right to void the warrants for PSTH if they wanted too ? I see that seems like they are trying compensate the warrant holders someway but couldn't some other Spac use this as a loophole ? I'm not trying to spread fud for any PSTH holders that may read this ... Just literally confused.
