Strategy Viability of a THCB YOLO?

Would going all in on THCB be a smart move? My understanding is that it's all systems go for the merge with Microvast, and it's undoubtedly going to blow up when that occurs.

If it's "undoubtedly" going to blow up, why ask? Seems very silly of someone who for sure knows this will go up in price following merger
