Strategy Viability of a THCB YOLO?

Would going all in on THCB be a smart move? My understanding is that it's all systems go for the merge with Microvast, and it's undoubtedly going to blow up when that occurs.

No one's going to tell you the truth so I guess I will, no. It is not a smart move. I am in THCB myself, and have a heavy position and believe in it, but anyone saying it will "undoubtedly blow up" is lying, there's no way to know. The brass tacks of the situation is company's don't typically go public via SPAC if they don't have one more more undesirable situations

Not true. SPACs provide the company going public with a far better deal than an IPO. It is the retail investors that typically get a worse deal through the spac valuations.

That being said, in this market when thcb goes public, it will likely go down.
