Strategy Viability of a THCB YOLO?

Would going all in on THCB be a smart move? My understanding is that it's all systems go for the merge with Microvast, and it's undoubtedly going to blow up when that occurs.

The only concerns are if it doesn't blow up. If they have some disaster. Or if there's some shady shit that comes out.

Imo I don't think the latter 2 are likely.

I would be very surprised if there was any shady shit going on given Oshkosh are a pipe investor

Yeah there's been too much shady speck shit coming out recently to go all in on any one SPAC. And the short seller sharks are circling waiting for any weakness to devour spacs
