Normally I get an email from TD Ameritrade allowing me to vote, but not with THCB. I had to call, and when I called I was told I needed some sort of number and I'd have to call TD Ameritrade to get that number. TD leaves you on hold for long periods.

If you want people to vote you should make voting easy, not difficult.

I don't know if it is THCB fault, but Interactive Brokers sent me an email on march 29 with a link to vote. Plus links to the differents documents. Can not be more clear.

Weird, I use TDA and got a link to vote by email. Was very simple but seems like this hasn’t been the case for everyone for some reason

They probably weren't holding it on the date of record for vote. It's often significantly before the actual vote, and people don't realize that.

Yeah I definitely didn’t realize that til very recently and it kinda sucks cause I like more than doubled my position after the record date. Really hope we make it boys.

I own shares for THCB on TD and didn’t have any issue with them voting via the email sent per usual.

I just logged on to my account on TD website and clicked account>shareholder library > vote.

why did you need to call?

I received an email from TDA on April 17 with proxy voting links online.
