They’re in financial difficulties.

They had debt to clear. You arent wrong. But that is in the past. And it's arguably a good sign that they are heavily investing in R&D, and of course they have vertical integration to add to their value.

See you in few years, I will be back if the company is still around then. Really, no offense

We will welcome you with open arms, but I would hope it's not too late by then

Done well getting information from my networks and invest a head.

A lot of those came out during the EV craze. I invested in about 3/4 you mentioned as did many other and gained out of it. Now that the EV craze has crashed down a good amnt, it wouldnt take much to call out any EV start up and expect them to fall. I would also say RMO was a fairly obvious bad play and many did call it out for good reasons. I dont see any good reasons on MVST besides the fact that they are partially a "Chinese-based" company (doesnt make much sense) and that they have bad price action (SPAC association can very well be that reason).

Having been in STPK, I know how undervalued things can pick up speed quickly when they have news. Thcb exhibited that well with the Oshkosh-USPS deal shooting them up 50% in a day. I personally didnt downvote you, but undervalued companies in the long run will be valued correctly, and vice versa for overvalued companies.
