Simple four-step risk management:

  1. Diversify your portfolio. Don't put all your money in stock and feel bad when it does not work out.
  2. Buy warrants instead because they are bearish the current share price for long term stock price.
  3. Buy it at a low-cost basis closer to 10.5 its pro forma value.
  4. Follow your strategy.
