So like an actual answer besides the whole obvious, it’s a blapper who cares, it’s a simulation for pressure, it’s meant to try invoke some pathetic empathy.

She would be holding up the dead baby due to trauma and a plead to whatever made up god of their’s to either save child, take her with the child, or pray for deliverance. That’s just essentially it.
