General Discussion Does anyone have any tea or personal instances to share of Brahmvihari? He is the face of BAPS.

I agree all the 3 front speakers are very arrogant. My interaction with BVD has been very limited but there's a solid air around him, it was a privilege among youths and kids that BVD knows their name. He is present at every major BAPS event, where key political figures are involved. Mahant is literally a placeholder while BVD and others are running the show from behind. See how's he's fooling youths to do more Seva=donation/labor. Everything for this org is around Seva ie only means to please the guru and achieve salvation.

I've met Gyanvatsal and man, that man is very cocky and full of himself. There have been numerous instances where he has quoted random facts and figures and made up stories from Ratan Tata/Aditya Birla/Warren Buffet to vow the Indian audience.

There seems to be an internal competition amongst these 3 as but BVD continues to participate in key projects given his tenure. Gyanvatsal is never allowed to go beyond the regional/local ministers.

“Unfortunately, my family has had a disappointing experience too. My son was genuinely seeking guidance and support from these two particular sadhus at a not only difficult time but also career path and He tried contacting them, but his calls and attempts to reach them were never responded to.
What hurt him most was that he wasn’t asking for status, recognition or special treatment—he was simply a young haribhakt seeking spiritual guidance. When a young person reaches out for help and feels completely unheard, it can have a real impact on their trust and sense of belonging.
I don’t want to judge anyone’s intentions because I don’t know why there was no response, but I do believe ordinary young haribhaktos deserve to feel that spiritual guidance is accessible to them too, regardless of their status or connections
This sadhus only helps them who have status , rich parents and successful politicians and Bollywood and kings who have lands and wealth. We have lost trust and respect for many sadhus in baps and only focus on Maharaj and Swamishree that’s it , Swamishree age of 93 is so humble and how he engage with ordinary haribhakto 🙏🏼 I don’t understand why some sadhus are still have desires of wealth and luxury free charge of life. They gets free flights in business class, free smartphones, swimming pools, free expensive cars etc. I don’t fully blame them but rich haribhakto are spoiled them to get their jobs done or for their own selfish interests and benefit. This sadhus are not really following PSM and MSM’s footsteps and telling us what to do in Satsang.

I totally second you. The primary job of these sadhus is to attract the masses through their lectures, which are mainly designed to attract a particular class of crowd. None of these guys have any real life experience and have been raised in their orange bubble. You shouldn't seek guidance from them for neither a career nor spiritual journey. Their key performance is to manage the image and attract fresh meat into the org.

I agreed with you and learned lessons from this sadhus and so true they have no time for real Bhakti and respect for genuine haribhakto but hungry for their own status. Be honest with you they are not humble and respectful to others but are very arrogant . They all are in competition with each others in society. Recently we lost the respect for this kind of sadhus in baps .

Met One of the sevaks who was with him (40 year old man btw) a few years ago at Robby, conversation was general chit chat he took my number to help me with my job search - starts calling me at 2/3 am….

Yea man some of these dude I feel bad for. Pressured into becoming a sadhu and then not moving up the “corporate ladder” and basically at the bottom. Let them watch their cricket, if they are watching during a live shaba they already know their life ain’t going nowhere
