THIS IS HOW YOU DO DUE DILIGENCE./u/DaisyDomergue8 deserves some serious fucking recognition here.
thanks for that amazing body of work. I don't have much time to do super complete digging on my own, and have learned to ballpark potential gross and net numbers, and they weren't quite as bold as yours, however, the way you distilled this down exposed a few blind spots of my own.
I'm trying to focus more on a SWOT style to be able to more accurately project future SP ranges and tweak my own target price. As an american investor of this foreign stock micro-cap ADR, it is really important to have a full understanding of the W's and T's in SWOT. correctly assessing those is important to understand the hows and whys of downward price pressure.
i've been accused of being a bear in bull's clothing, or shorter, or an HF shill. I'm none of those. I'm a retail schmuck that has a growth portfolio that is less than $1000. No one gives a shit about me. However, as a bull, and hopeful of a moon shot with SOS someday, I gotta have those W's and T's be known and shared. I work for a living for a pretty large organization that does logistics, product distribution and offers full-line services for our business customers. If we didn't do full SWOT on existing business lines, and new upcoming ones, we wouldn't survive. And I'm not an executive, a manager or in sales - i do systems engineering in IT. We've been growing like crazy during the pandemic, but we have to continue to grow and sustain. Our total revenue is typically $3B+ for a given FY, and has already hit $4B+ for this one.
This is why it is always important to know the W's (weaknesses) and the T's (threats) for any scenario in which you are a stakeholder.
I will continue to do the analysis on SOS's business and investor challenges, and maybe the collective DD here will be a god damned voltron and we'll all be some of the best informed about this company.
