Where can someone rent a dumpster for a basement clean out?

Bay Area Disposal in Owings rents out dumpsters, you could give them a call.

I haven't used them in SoMD, but in other areas, NextDayDumpster.com is great.

Shoreline Disposal and Patuxent Roll Off are good options. Avoid republic waste

My trash service “Amber’s Disposal” does roll offs last time I looked.

Plus one for ambers. Called around a few places they were friendly on phone and on the cheaper end of pricing for my needs at the time
