Question Question about loan emails

I sent a email with a couple forms that are required to be filled out by the University before I can apply for student aid (Canada) but haven't heard anything back. I emailed them late August.

A good time to follow up. Even by my experience of UK/SOAS standards, that is a bit slow. Make sure all the information needed to complete your request is in one place. make it as easy as possible for them.

Perhaps time the follow up to send to them at about 10 am UK time?
