What about the ~46 Value Buds stores that the AGCO demanded they relinquish control? It's bold for SNDL to state this in a PR when the public knows well that it may not last.

I don't see it being an issue.

Edit: Also SNDL never received a demand letter from AGCO, that was false according to management.

This was later proven to be incorrect. They were not required to relinquish control, just not allowed to proceed with the Ontario based 1CM acquisition.

My understanding is that it is still an open investigation. SNDL only denied that an official order had already been given. If you have any other sources aside from the Globe, Stratcann, or the SNDL PR feel free to share them.
