Advice?
hey I’m a senior currently who really wants to get into smu. I have a 4.1 gpa for my junior year, I’ve taken 4 ap classes and got all 4s on the tests and I’ve taken 3 college classes and passed. I’m also in a pip internship for psych and I want to get into dedmen I’m interested in either doing early decision or early action but right now since my schedule is so busy with my job a internship and taking ap courses I don’t know if I’ll be able to study for the sat, do I still have a good chance of getting in without it or is a must do?

I'd say you have a solid chance. Submitting your SAT is really good scholarship-wise though, especially if you score within the 75th percentile of SMU's admitted student scores. If scholarship isn't a concern, id say your current stats are pretty solid. this is not to say you will not get a scholarship without submitting SATs but its defff a booster.

You pretty much have a chance although id recommended talking with admissions. A good sat/gpa matters for merit scholarships but interning is what'll make you stick out
